Despite the distance(we lived out of state at the time of sale) and our many questions and uncertainties about the process, he was patient and walked is through each and every step. We appreciated his attention to detail, integrity and knowledge in helping us make a typically stressful situation much less so. Despite our (cough) advanced age and status as retirees, we were first time home buyers. Chris did an amazing job of helping us to focus on what we really wanted in a new home. As we were moving from a lifetime of city dwelling to a more rural setting Chris offered expert advice regarding things like septic systems and private wells. Even more important he helped us navigate the complex process of buying a home (totally unfamiliar to us) from making an offer to closing, under occasionally trying circumstances complicated by the timing over holidays. We are delighted with our new home and can't thank Chris enough for getting us there.
